Earning Potential

Our model is designed to reward high performance.

List 20 properties per month and earn £75,000+ OTE
List 30 properties per month and earn £100,000+ OTE

What You'll Be Doing

Conducting property valuations
Winning new instructions
Building strong relationships with vendors
Providing expert property advice
Marketing and selling properties
Negotiating offers and sales
Delivering an outstanding customer experience
Managing your territory effectively
Working closely with support teams to achieve results

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

A minimum of 3 years' estate agency experience
A proven track record of winning instructions
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
A customer-first approach
The drive to maximise your earnings
The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Flexibility to work weekends when required
