We’re looking for a strategic and people-focused Reward & Benefits Business Partner to shape a competitive, insight-led reward offering that supports our People Strategy at MAB. You\'ll lead on benchmarking, benefits design and pay transparency, ensuring our reward programmes attracts and retains talent at all levels.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be responsible for delivering our end-to-end reward strategy in line with business and people priorities, from leading benchmarking and pay audit exercises to designing bonus schemes and shaping our benefits platform. You\'ll co-ordinate and deliver a comprehensive reward benchmarking exercise and audit, working with external partners where needed. You\'ll analyse benchmarking data and provide clear, evidence-based insights and recommendations.
You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across People & Culture, Finance and external providers to ensure every initiative is data-driven and future-focused while also aligning with our values and behaviours. You\'ll bring an inclusive lens on everything we do to champion transparency and fairness across our core offer.
About You
You will have solid experience across reward and benefits who blends analytical thinking with creative problem solving. You\'re experienced in designing and implementing bonus and incentive schemes, pay benchmarking and audits. You are data-driven with a proven track record in using insights and data to inform commercial decisions.
You can communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact, being able to engage and build relationships at all levels. You’ll be confident building REMCO-ready proposals, comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex organisation and eager to improve processes and experiences for every colleague.
