Duties and Responsibilities:
In this diverse role, you will be responsible for various aspects of client service, administration, and reviews. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Prepare client documentation and correspondence.
- Obtain illustrations and application forms.
- Produce portfolio valuations.
- Manage fund switches, rebalances, top-ups, and withdrawals.
- Provide friendly and professional client support.
- Ensure timely action on client meeting outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with business standards.
Qualifications: Essential:
- Background in financial planning.
- Experience within an IFA/financial planning firm, provider, wealth manager, or platform.
Desirable:
- Financial Planning Administrator experience.
- Progress with Diploma exams.
- Experience with the Transact platform.
- Clear communication of financial concepts.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in client interactions.
- Report writing experience.
- Compassionate and empathetic relationship builder.
